Merry Christmas! I stopped by but was turned away because they were too busy to serve me. It didn't matter how long I waited. I will be avoiding this place in the future, as they seem more focused on their work than on customer service. Food rating: 1/5.

I called the manager to report the problem and let him know the box wasn’t sealed. He responded as if it were no big deal, saying it was just how the stickers worked. Then he said they could start making my pizza, but they had no delivery drivers available, so it would take a while. I had already waited almost an hour and a half for cold pizza. I'm really disappointed. This restaurant needs to address these issues. I believe the manager has performed well in the past and that he’s been there for a while, which is why I never encountered problems before. However, staff shortages and employee turnover should never negatively impact customers.
