Papa Johns Pizza - San Antonio

I’m placing 1 star because i’m unable to put 0. I made an order that was supposed to take from 50 to 60 minutes. It has been more than 2 hours and never received it. Of course the money has already being charged. Expecting a full refund of this order tomorrow as nobody is answering when trying to communicate to the local

I ordered light sauce on 1 pizza. And regular sauce on the 2nd. So they put light extremely light sauce was dry on both. And barely any cheese. The pizza sadly went to the birds the next day. Like most of the pizza had no cheese. I have no idea why they did that.Frozen Totinos from HEB would have been better. It was that bad..

It was my first time at the Austin Hwy location I asked for large pepperoni pizza and 8 wings, it was all super delicious

Beware papa johns steal tips from door dashers. If you order through papa johns and they have a door dasher deliver your pizza. Door dashers gets 0$ for the tip. Door dashers beware and don't take papa johns orders.. there's no hidden tip included. On occasions they will give the door dashers the crappy delivery's and take the profitable ones themselves. So BE AWARE DOOR DASHERS and people who order papa johns.

I've ordered 3 times from this location and not once has the order been correct. I'm missing half the order every time and this time they sent personal size pizzas when I ordered large and sent the wrong type of pizzas and didn't send the cheese sticks either. $160 order completely wrong and I rarely write reviews... this is how bad it is.
