Mk Davis - San Antonio

Beautiful small restaurant with good food, ice cold spoons and great prices. We had the table of the fisherman, and Hamburger Steak and 2 ice-cold spoons of beer. This dinner was under $45.00.

I've been coming to MK Davis for years and it just got better and better. It now has a family-friendly feeling that I really enjoy. The staff is always on the point and very friendly with great smiles. The food is both mexican and comfort food. It is one of few places where you can get enchiladas and meat loaf on the same day if you wanted. The chicken fried steak is excellent with delicious sides and the appetizer Nachos only the way I like it (photo). Sometimes when I'm looking for a fish plate, I'll always consider MK. It is also one of few places that most people I know always agree to meet here for lunch or dinner. The cold beers are just a bonus. Definitely one of my favorites in SA. Very recommended!!

This is a great bar and restaurant. I've been coming since I was a kid. The staff is super friendly and the entire atmosphere is pleasant. The Schioners here are a must! Ice cold beer poured directly from the **** and into a frozen silo is like a gift from the sky! Lol. My wife is also a great fan of the Sangria. Various items from the menu are delicious. The bean and cheese nachos and onion rings as starters are delicious. The fried chicken and crispy dogs are also good to eat. My favorite plates are the fishing plate and chicken fried steak. I definitely come back. A San Antonio ribbon safe!

This place has not changed but it's still the best at everything on the menu. We had the large Mexican plate and chicken fried steak. These folks know how not to change what works. Outstanding flavor and portions. Service was great. Very well priced.
