Mcdonald's - San Antonio

Terrible customer service management there is not worry about there customers this location has a peculiar and not affiliated thru went there kurbside and she gave a 40 pieces of nuggets all dried and there fries said that they do nothing and instead of replacing the eating that they said we had to back it, I thrown only in the müll I work from home I will not be late because they want the other

Ordered via the mobile app, added an item to the order, but when the order came out only the first item was in the bag, had to order again and have them bring it out. Otherwise the food was average and came out quick.

This mcdonalds is terrible, given them several chances and they fail every time. Most recent experience was for a breakfast sandwich and it was pretty good till I found several pieces of egg shell in the sandwich and couldn't even finish it. With every bite had a crunch of egg shell.

This place is more worried about pulling you around in the Drive-Thru then making your food! The amount of time they spend running food in and out and it being wrong is unbelievable!

This location does NOT respect our military service members or offer the military discount that most others in military city USA will do. First McDonald's I've been to in the area (within 5 miles if a base no less that does not.Manager owner, please respond with why, and also make sure that you list your other locations so I can tell the military community which other McDonald's restaurants to avoid going to!Disgraceful. NO SALE. Plenty of other places in down that are more than happy to take my moneySee ya!
