Mcdonald's - San Antonio

I frequent this restaurant because it is the most convenient for me, however, I have noticed a decline in the quality of service and an excessive wait time, even though the establishment is not busy. The manager should consider addressing these issues as it appears that the employees are not fulfilling their duties and are displaying unprofessional attitudes.

My mother was left waiting for 25 minutes while the staff laughed at her. The service was rude and terrible. We ordered one Big Mac and two large fries. Whatever happened to southern hospitality?

If I could, I wouldn't give any stars. The service was the worst and it was a complete nightmare.

Last 4 times the wait has been horrendous. All the workers are slow and unhelpful.

Drive thru and lobby service is very slow. Food always cold.
