Dirty, badly saved. Rude staff and will not even offer a courtesy water cup with 18 mice breakfast. the seasoning section has no serviettes and is only dirty. with dried ketchup and sneezing, since it is quite safe that means that it has not been cleaned since yesterday. that is a catastrophe.

I've never In my life received such horrible, rude service than this morning. The worst part is it came from the Manager. No manners and no professionalism. All customers are a problem and they will let you know directly that they dislike you. No exaggeration. Worst McDonalds in the world!

They understand, they're super busy with the promenade, but that's not an excuse. 30 min from the time we order to eat until we get it. meats station was slow, but they had loaded pommes so that they were ice cold, I saw that the dame cold pommes stuck in the fresh frittier container and stirred it and then placed it back in the same container. the men standing around, because meat was slow, bad coming. Quartier peers suck and pommes were terrible.

This morning, around 1130am I ordered food at this location. I went back again to use the restroom and the cashier said to me if your not buying you cannot use the restroom, I explained to her that I just had bought food not long ago, she replied that was this morning so you cannot go in. I also explained that I am one of the artisan showcasing here at the river yet she said no. I wasn't lying nor taking advance of anything, she was rude. You know what you lost! a regular customer that also brings tourists here.. this is not the attitude towards your clients, very disappointed. On the contrary, Lone Star greeted me and welcomed me, not as a customer but as an artisan to use their facilities. Get a grip and do better with customers.

Disgusting. with crying and screaming children. the front person waited to tell people that the screen kiosk after waiting 10mins in-line when we paid in the card. a kerl has coughed on his hand and touched the screen. we went out and went straight to whataburger to get our money worth. do not go here, no matter how much they are hungry and how much their children cry for it.
