Mcdonald's - San Antonio

This McDonald?s is beautiful! Let?s keep it that way, city of Converse! The staff here was very friendly as entered the building, I heard ?Welcome to McDonald?s? a greeting from the front. I placed my order with ease no issues and used my Mickey D?s App for deals and coupons. They gave me a number for the table so they can bring out my order. Within a minute or so I got my big breakfast ???? with hot cakes and everything was delicious as McDonald?s is! I?ll be coming back here a lot since I live in the neighborhood next to it! Thanks McDonald?s ????

Fries were cold and had to go back through the line to get fresh fries. My burger is pink, this is not the first time this has happened. I will go to a different location before resorting to going to this one.

My sister and I are visiting family here in San Antonio...we already had driven 2 hrs to get here...then we ordered food on the app. We waited literally 45 mins in line starting at 9:15 PM. That's the longest ever at any McDonald's that I have been to. Then we get to the window and they couldn't find one of our orders...then by the time we get to the second window...the fries were cold. We sent it back through the window to get fresh fries. It's safe to say...we will never go to this location ever!

925pm 7/17/22 best visit to a McDonald's I've experienced in a while. Fast service, used self order menu, my kids played with the touch to play game table and really enjoyed it while we waited. Clean and calm atmosphere, the girls was kinda busy with drive thru, but seemed on top of it all. Nice work yall, thanks???? and God bless

I prefer going to this McDonald's then the one down on Rittiman. The staff are always so friendly. I did run into an issue and they did correct it. We both didn't catch the error as the cashier and I were both dead tired and our wires got crossed in conversation and squirrels lol. But we were all adults and fix the problem like adults should. I definitely would recommend this McDonald's over the ghetto one down the street from us.
