Mcdonald's - San Antonio

While passing through here on my way back to Austin, I stopped for a cup of coffee. I asked how old the current coffee was the employee said an hour old . So I asked if they could make a fresh pot since hour old coffee tastes burnt. He asked the manager, she said nope, that 's all we 're making for the rest of the night. How 's that for customer service?! Needless to say I went somewhere else.

The Double Quarter Pounder was Excellent! Hot, and made to Order!

I went to this location a few hours ago and it was wonderful. Renee was very personable. After she took care of my order the next little boy in line wanted a certain Hot Wheels toy. Even though they didn't have the one he wanted Renee took the time to talk with him and went to the display case to show him which ones they did have. -I'm writing this review because I've seen plenty of Managers not interact with kids. Renee was amazing and should be acknowledged by her upper management for her customer service
