Market Barbeque - San Antonio

I visited this restaurant for the first time and ended up waiting nearly 30 minutes without being informed that my order was ready. I spoke to the manager, who assured me they would return my food. I was about to leave, but Brandon, a very attentive cook, encouraged me to stay, saying they didn't want me to leave disappointed. I really appreciate his efforts (he deserves a raise), as well as the rest of the wonderful staff. First impressions matter a lot, and I will definitely return and recommend this place to others!

For the first time, Mr. Linwood has made our experience truly unforgettable. From the moment we entered this cozy bar and dining spot, we were greeted with exceptional 10-star customer service. Several staff members went out of their way to ensure our visit was perfect. With so many smiling faces and quick service, our delicious food arrived at our table in no time. The brisket baked beans are a great option for those who want to avoid pork, and they even offered samples of other dishes. Our holiday in San Antonio started off on the right foot with attentive staff and great prices. Don't miss out on this hidden gem!

My husband and I ordered brisket plates, and he got a double portion. We both had the same sides: Mac and cheese and waffles. Everything was delicious! However, the double portion didn't seem to be much larger than the regular one. That was the only drawback. Other than that, the service was exceptional, the staff was friendly, and the food was served quickly. The interior had a rustic yet modern vibe. The prices were a bit high considering the portion sizes. Overall, I enjoyed my first visit and plan to come back with my family.

The service was excellent. The food was good and I was very happy. All staff were very friendly. The older African American didn't catch his name, was so nice and made sure we were happy. The manager was kind. A little expensive, but it was good. We will definitely come back. Keep the great work and service.

Fast, courteous service. My daughter mentioned that her waffle fries were too spicy for her, so the staff quickly replaced them at no charge. They also printed up some pages for her to color, since they didn't have any available. They provided service above and beyond, and their prices are great too.
