Luce E Enoteca - San Antonio

Have been dining at Luce for years. As always everthing was exceptional:the food,service and hospitality! Recommend for all as it has a large varied menu.

As always the service the attention to detail and many thanks to the owner Joe. Luce Ristoranti e Enoteca is a tucked away gem. If you’ve never been then it’s the right time, if it’s been awhile it’s time to go back. This is our favorite Italian Restaurant in all of SA, we have been to the best and the not so good too. When you expect Al Dente thats exactly what you get. The Australian Lamb Chops, Steaks, Seafood, Veal Chicken are cooked perfectly to your liking. Plus they have wines galore whatever you like they got. They sell one of the best if not the best pizza’s in town, cooked in a hearth oven. You don’t have to dress to the nines just casual and presentable. We have our very own wine locker there as well. It’s very convenient because you can stop for pizza and wine with family and friends and you can grab a bottle or two from your wine locker and the wine is paid already. Our favorite place in San Antonio. 5 Stars and I mean that. Try it for yourself you’ll see why I’m ranting. Ed Lolly

We had a delicious seafood salad with very tender calamari and shrimp. It was excellent! The steak and shrimp entree was also very tasty and tender.

Perhaps we visited this place on an off night. The drinks at the bar were subpar and lacking proper garnishes. Our server mentioned that the bartender was new, which may explain the issue. The piccata sauce was overly watery and overly sour. Our server was excellent and took good care of us, although my suggestion would be to always carry more than one pen.

Great food and incredible service! Our waiter was fantastic! I’m sorry I can’t remember his name, but he said he plays the piano and he’s from Houston. He went above and beyond for our family.
