Luby's - San Antonio

There was a cashier named Dessa I believe who was super friendly and helpful when my credit card was acting up. The food was wonderful and I was able to stay on my diet. It was a great visit and epic food. I got broccoli and blackened chicken. No complaints what so ever.

I love Luby's! You have git to go to experience down home cooking and an excellent array of different foods! You have mac n cheese, broccoli, string beans (fresh! and a whole array of sides and salads, fish (different ways chopped steak, fried chicken, baked chicken and so much more main dishes!! Try it, you'll fall in love with Luby's!!

We get drive thru and carryout, have never eaten inside, but every time we go in it is clean and the staff are pleasant. They set the bar for chicken fried chicken with cream gravy! If we're trying to eat healthier I get the blackened tilapia with steamed broccoli and bacon-fried cabbage which are all delicious! They also serve my favorite tartar sauce (aside from what I make at home! .

I would suggest adding name tags for each dish so that we don't have to keep asking the servers what each item is multiple times. With the use of masks, it has become more challenging to hear them clearly.

The restaurant is clean with friendly and helpful staff. The food looks fresh and delicious, with great specials. Overall, the food is fantastic. Keep up the excellent work!
