Landry's Seafood House - San Antonio

Embroidered fish was dry and hard. shrimp enbrochette was tasteless as the calamari. in any case will not eat again at this place.

I would never say anything to overthrow a restaurant as I was in business for years. our disappointment with Landry’s restaurant is complete and will never return. the appetizers were very good, but when the entrées came the steaks were cold and the ribeye was hard like shoe leather, the loaded kartoffels were also me cold, we told the waiter after what was waiting like a very long time to check on us and took the cold food back into the kitchen. about five minutes later he brought the same steaks and kartoffels back to us and nothing was corrected. at this point, we told him to take it away and not bring it back. guess what, he brought the same food back to us a third time with the kartoffels that saw as if they had an atomic accident, all melted by microwaving. the waiter should have had a manager involved for the first time. but he didn't do it so we had to explain everything the manager had to do. he seemed worried, but offered more food that we did not want at this point, or the cold food from the review that he had to take the server after a few mistakes. over landrys for the treatment of this situation on this wise. we have not even been offered a complementary desert, a drink or something to compensate for the worsening.

Food was delicious. Service was lacking. Some confusion as to who was waiting on us initially. Our server was very slow and not attentive. There were other servers in the restaurant that were definitely attending to their guests much better than what we received. Disappointing experience.

Food and service was excellent. Unfortunately outside seating is loud with the Howl at the Moon nearby. There was a pleasant Jazz band just down a couple of restaurants but quickly overrun by the loud singing and piano. If we come back, we’ll seat inside. Sea bass and Mahi mahi were outstanding. Lobster appetizer tempura bites phenomenal as well

Wonderful seafood and waiter! Excellent ! Loved it! Sea bass and snapper was very good…
