Guadalajara Grill - San Antonio

This place has it all, great food, atmosphere, service, special touches. I've celebrated my last 3 birthdays there among many other visits as well. Luigi and his staff are kind and personable.

Recently went to this place with my family try to spent time and take dinner but I’m so disappointed about this place for many reason 1 the person in charge very poor friendship 2 it take long time to serve your food 3 the way they created your ticket see like over charged no detail they just tell you the total I ask about details and they just said this this and this I’m feeling like over paying according with the prices on the menú so becar full please it was first and last time

Ordered a chicken quesadilla that would rate one level above Taco Cabana but twice the price. Had guacamole with chips. Guy never offered more and yelled at a person that I was sitting with because she asked for beef shrimp quesadilla but told her that the beef would make the quesadilla too full so he gave her just shrimp. He pretty much yelled that and her and was furious for questioning him. WTH?!! The place itself was cool. Fun atmosphere for sure but these guys need to retire and hire wait staff that knows what customer service looks like.

We took some family to the river walk and it was so crowded. We decided to walk to La Villita for a quieter and air conditioned lunch. The people at this restaurant were so nice, unfortunately, they took way too long to take our orders and made many many mistakes on our orders. The wait was very long. The menu was limited. We got chips and queso but the chip to queso ratio was off and we were never offered more. It was also very soupy and not that flavorful. The salsa was good with a bit of spice but we were there over 30 min before getting chips and salsa and it wasn’t much so we ran out and weren’t offered more. The food was pricey and the portions on the smaller size but I will say everyone’s food was pretty good. I don’t think we would eat here again.
