Hooters - San Antonio

Had the worst experience on 11th Sunday. husband and I went in at 12:20. when we came in there, another party waiting to sit, the host sees us and goes away, we are waiting for a good 5 minutes until someone from the waiting staff sees us and asks if we had helped. the host finally comes back, takes our name without telling us that the kitchen is secured or even gives us a waiting time. we wait for another good 15 minutes until we see a place at the bar. we sit on the bar to take a drink, the barkeeper sees us up and down, not even a real hallo, and let us know that we can order?t eat (mind them customers beside us and at the whole bar up.) I tell her that we wait for a table, and we can go ahead and order only a few beers. she looks at us and says she can't help us, and we had to wait for our table. at this point I am not even annoyed, how rude the bartender was I?m in the unbelievable that we did not even allow to order two drinks while we had already waited almost 25 minutes in a restaurant that did not even see as if it had been in full capacity (tonnen empty tables.) we go back to the wetsstand, just to find that they had our name she didn't even want to look for us in the bar. After seeing another party holiday (the wait), we finally decided that the terrible service was no longer worth waiting. we went down the street and both were reminded of how a good service feels. as someone who spent several years in the service industry, please train their bar staff and hostess to treat people with courtesy and act as they take care of their jobs and I? m cheated that I had to give 1 star because 0 was? No.

I think the hooters will lose the tons of bushiness 2 big drafts bee along w eat and appetizers ordered and were told that they are not able to serve more than 2 bee a person we came to watch a game! Two bierhooters! we have gone and have taken our business elsewhere, where it sucks to find out, middle game we have to go somewhere else

This special Hooters on Ingram 410/151 is our favorite. My husband and I come regularly because of the consistent food and service is always great, no matter who you get. We have also celebrated several birthdays here, they really make the atmosphere a lot of fun. Note: Only the problem we often run into is the soda or my husband preferred to be outside?

What happened to the big food? Maybe it's the demographic? We stay at the 25-minute drive to Fredericksburg or 281n locations. Much hype. I'm sorry. And we live the road from this place. UPDATE: We returned after our four-year stay and we were satisfied with the food of the service and the turnaround time at delivery to our table. And that's why we're changing from a star to a five star thank you!

Great food. Waitress was very nice and was at our table more often than I usually see in restaurants. 10/10 would recommend
