Contribuiți la feedbackThe ONLY bright light for this service was our beautiful server Angie, who had very friendly, nice and good service. Other than this experience, we did not want to return to Hootern for a very long time. We came last Saturday night at 11:00 for our family meeting. Half of us sat down and half got the food to go. By the time 6 of us ordered and finished / paid the other 6 not even all get their food in this time. This is over an hour of sitting and waiting at the bar for orders. Obviously, they forgot things and had to retrieve some items, but over an hour and 30 minutes wait in the restaurant to go to the order is ridiculous. You better sit with us and eat if you know the orders are messed up. I eat quite often at Hootern, as it once is near the Mall Of America. So I'm quite used to food from Hooters, this location on the Riverwalk was barely edible but. The people who order chicken teeth have not finished their meals. I didn't finish my chicken sandwich, and the pommes were so dirty and tasteless, even my one-year-old son wouldn't eat them that he never turned away fries). So between the long waiting period / confused orders for our family to go meals, at our moderately barely edible food. Such an acidic taste has remained from this experience in our mouth that it could be years before we go to other homesteads. Positive for this restaurant: the place was clean, they had a friendly host and waitress.
I usually don't value a restaurant if I don't find it very attractive. first eating here as always is great! and when I visited the hooters on 151 on the west side, I have great service. the waitress is not too bad, but it took a few minutes to put me in a rather empty restaurant, and when I sat, I saw the reason why, all waiter sat and with whom I believe that the manager. So I am a strong believer in the good administration, I noticed the time that I was there that many patrons had to wait to take place. it seems to me to be a management problem. any other hooter I've done is not like that. the waitresses are very attentive and in the rule there is no waiting time to be sitting. even if there is a packed house. could be a fuke, not really sure? in the future, I think that I can clearly steer from the river center mall and stick to the west side!
I ordered from here and my food was not only extremely late (approximately an hour) but she forgot our curly fries, gave us no spices, no sauce for the wings, we lacked 2-3 wings (also, Idk, why these wings were baked), no lemon or butter for our seafood, we got soggy fried pickles without ranch. I called Rey/Ray, he couldn't reimburse me, but offered to do my order again. Why should I reorder for a $75 tab after the TERRIBLE service? And the fact that it was late, we starved at this point, so we ordered pizzas that took less than 40 minutes.
Very disappointed order a salad with chicken . salad was like 90% white lettuce, tomato look old and cucumber look old too ,I paid $18. Plus tip.i wouldn't mind if it was good.
Waitress was awesome. Limon pepper wings had to much extreme pepper. Spicy wings were so little. Girls were not watching if customers were walking in to be waited. Girls were sitting in the back talking. I had to tell people at door for them to sit on empty tables. They need better service.????
