Excellent tamales, tortillas salsa and barbacoa . Very friendly staff. I have been making the trek over from Houston for the past 20 years.

Always love the tamales. Pork is the best. Must remember to get more salsa. Enjoy the barbacoda with corn tortillas. Unfortunately, they ran out, so i had to do without. Abundant of flour so those that can have flour, enjoy. Prices are fair as well, given the economy.

Although there are plenty of places in San Antonio to get tamales and tortillas, there is only on Del Rio (well technically 2 if you live out near Poteet on weekends). Del Rio tamales and tortillas are delicious and I would put them up against any others with confidence. Consistent flavor with just the right amount of filling to masa. Try them and I guarantee you'll agree!

Went and bought tamales they were delicious ..service was
