Chili's Grill - San Antonio

Had 4 items, they messed 2 of them, gave us no straws, or napkins. They swapped our patties for our burgers (one was burnt on one side). They didnt give us our mac and cheese, there was clearly a list they were using to check off the items but they didnt check off the mac and cheese and still gave the order away with out it. And I still got charged for it.

My wife totally enjoyed her ribs and Chilis House Mar-Go-Rita. I had trouble with the app regarding the BBQ Brisket Burger*. I was unable to remove the slaw from my choice Iwas unable to pick or reject sides which were already chosen before I ordered. The meat was well flavored but dryer than the previous one I had ordered previously.

Went in today with my fiance, it looked like it would be a long wait but our waitress appeared to take initiative in getting guests seated. In total, we waited for no more than 5 minutes from the second we walked in to get seated. We had the pleasureof being seated with the waitress that took initiative, Leanne (I hope it's spelled correctly) as well as Jessica which was awaitress in training. Their customer service was amazing that even my fiance commended it and he's never satisfied withanything. They had smiles, made sure our order was correct, and delivered speedy service to the best of their abilities. Theydefinitely will be our deciding factor to return to this specific location ??

Wait is insane! Our server Ashley was great and the Smokehouse Combo and Burger Combo were excellent. The ribs are absolutely delicious. Update 5/4/22 15 minute wait and we were seated. Our waitress was great, our Strawberry lemonade was never empty.The food came out quick and was perfect.
