Chili's Grill - San Antonio

The food was good and our server, Lynette, was stellar!!! She knows her stuff. I spent my life in customer service and can tell you that she is in the right business. She worked with us to get the best bang for our buck with a smile and also had fun with us. I couldn't have asked for anything. We left her a nice tip as she deserved! Thanks Lynette, you have made a nice difference in our culinary experience today!!!

Such an amazing location, very consistent in food quality. The egg roll remover is amazing, burgers are great, and Cajun Chicken Pasta is always great! Sometimes they are short staff and prices have risen significantly last year; but this is a good place to eat.

In recent months, it was important to publish a well-deserved positive review of this chili 's in the middle of the others. Maybe it was luck, maybe new/different management and employees at the service, or something else, but our experience tonight was excellent. From the moment we went in the door, we were greeted by the very nice young lady at the reception, had fantastic service from our server, Hudson, and very enjoyed our meals that were hot, fresh and well presented on the plates. Between the customers was greeting on the floor help clean tables, and the entire staff seemed to be on things. I would like to repeat how friendly and attentive Hudson was. He just did it right and was there at all the right times. We had some pretty rough experiences of late in several different restaurants that struggle to rent the (good) help they needed in the middle of the COVID crisis. It has come to the point that if you have a very good experience, it is extremely refreshing. Thanks to the entire staff of this chili 's well done for a job on a busy Friday night. It's nice to see how people come out again, as we hope to be normal again.

Service and food were great. Waiter came out to tell us someone dropped the queso, asked if we would be willing to accept spinach queso instead.
