Chili's Grill - San Antonio

This special chili’s is my favorite place. Customer service here is perfect. There is a certain server that my daughter and I are looking for and I can't remember her name now (Shame on me!, she's just fantastic! She goes beyond the duty to ensure a good experience for her customers. The food is always excellent, we never had problems here. I recommend this location to everyone. Try it, you will not be disappointed!

Apparently I've been sleeping on Chilis for many years. Maybe college hasn't been there anymore, so it was 10 or so years ago. They have a lot of variety on their menu and for decent prices. My Santa Fe Grilled Chicken Salad was delicious! I exchanged the ranch for a citrus balm dressing and added roasted corn and black beans. Perfectly mixed! Baby back ribs were delish as usual. The Carne Asada had a good taste, but a little gum. Beans and rice were good. Ready with a delicious chocolate cake. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive to our many requests.

I ordered online and that's what they gave me! What do you mean? Very dissatisfied with Chilis what a joke! I spoke to manager Alex and he “says” he will talk to who prepares my meal, but this person must be seriously fired I paid a lot of money for my meal and my sons, and that is what I receive is not happy and will not be back!

I'm coming to eat this chilli all the time, that's my place. Tonight, I ordered myself for me and my family. My pasta had hair in it and the 6oz Sirloin I ordered was extremely small. I called and spoke to a manager. I asked for a refund and to replace my pasta. The manager said yes, they will. When I showed up, the manager seemed like she had no idea what was going on. I repeated what I said on the phone. She said she's just gonna reimburse me for the pasta and sirloin and replace the pasta. Now I'm sitting here waiting for my food to cook when we got off the phone. I'll never eat with this chilli again. Edit: WOW. Never again. As I wait for my pasta, I get a lecture from the manager how meat shrinks when it is cooked.... We all know what a boiled 6oz looks like, honey. When I finally got my pasta, it was a HALF PLATE OF PASTA. I gave the food back and told them they could keep their shy food.

Steaks were Perfect and the waiter ask us to cut into our steaks to see if it was the way we wanted them. Quik Refills. Everything was Hot and Delicious.
