Charleys Cheesesteaks - San Antonio

I used to love Charleys, but recently they have been messing up my orders. I asked for Jalapeno-Pepperoni on my sandwich, specified in the instructions and on my ticket, but there were no jalapenos. When I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich without lettuce and tomato, they still included them. Sometimes, they even forget to add the buffalo sauce. I am very disappointed and will not be ordering from here again, especially considering the location at the River Center Mall.

I have been working on the riverwalk for four days and I have eaten at this restaurant for most meals. Every time I try a different sandwich and each one is delicious. The fries are fantastic and the strawberry lemonade is amazing. The best part is the employees who now recognize me. They are friendly, helpful, and some of the nicest people I have met in the city. Keep up the great work and keep serving great food!

It appears that this restaurant skimps on ingredients for their sandwiches and assembles them in a messy manner compared to other establishments. I appreciated the brief conversation I had with the cashier, although it was clear that she initiated it because the credit card reader was slow.

Ordered the philly cheese steak and ultimate fries and it was delicious. it has supplied by uber eats and received it warm and fresh. I will definitely order again.
