Burger King - San Antonio

The customer service at this Burger King was terrible. I had to wait an unusually long time despite being the only car in the drive-thru, and the red-haired woman at the counter had an unpleasant attitude. I definitely do not recommend this location!

This is the second time I get cold fries. I only wanted the 2 for $6 and didn't really have money for fries. But I thought they would be hot but instead hard and cold. I couldn't go back and they are my favorite. Just a bad couple of experiences in a row

This is the nearest Burger King to my location, and I’ve been coming here for about two years. In the past, the employees didn’t seem very attentive to customers. However, a few months ago, they revamped the staff with a new manager and new team members. Now, they are always friendly and eager to help. There’s a lovely lady who makes a point to find the best deal for your meal, and she already recognizes my husband and me since we visit regularly. The restaurant is well-maintained, and the food is served in a timely manner. I specifically come here for the Impossible Whopper, which is definitely delicious! If you’ve had a negative experience in the past, I highly recommend giving this location another try!

I approached the counter to place my order and said, "I'll have the cheeseburger, please." The guy chuckled and replied that I needed to be more specific. So, I pointed at the menu and loudly declared, "CHEESE BURGER!"

As a paying customer I will recommend burger king and I am a happy customer
