Contribuiți la feedbackTried to place a order 8/24/22 at around 9:05 in the drive thru and the ignorant kid was too high to comprehend anything. Kept hearing laughing and as if they were just joking in the restaurant. These kids these days want $15 to flip burgers and can't even do their job. No wonder tons of burger kings have closed around San Antonio. They have become a joke!
This location is by far the worst Burger King experience in my life of going to Burger Kings honestly the Whopper is my all time favorite fast food burger, but this location has pushed me to McDonalds and Popeyes Chicken. The gentleman working today (8/7/2022 around 1pm) absolutely doesn 't know or doesn 't care to multi task. I pulled up to the drive though that already had another car parked, I waited behind her for 5 minutes with no progress on the intercom, so I pull into a parking spot to place my order inside the restaurant. As I enter the restaurant, there is already customer there, seemed to have been waiting awhile. He at least greets me, something like I 'll right with ya , steps away, then comes back. He then comes back to take the lady 's order and then walks away toward the back of the store. He then starts to approach the front counter at which I thought he would take my order, instead he stops short and stands in front of the french fries bin just standing there waiting hmmm..two minutes of him just standing there I thought he would turn around and take my order, but no proceeds to wait until two loads of fries are dumped into the bin he then proceeds to fill 4 medium size fries boxes put then into a to go order bag, yells at the lady that her order is ready. At that point I thought he would take my order, but, yup you guessed, he walks back to the back of store. At this point, I just left the store and proceeded here to leave my horrible experience review. If you are the franchise owner and reading this, I implore you to randomly visit your store. The poor performance and the bad customer experience not only makes you look bad, but overall reputation of Burger King as well. For now I 'll spend my time and money elsewhere, hell, I may even try to cook my food.....ohhh who am I kidding. Anyways, I 'm staying away from Burger Kings for now.
I went to this BK since it was omw home to the 410/Vance Jackson area. It was a few minutes of a wait but no problem. I asked for no ketchup, the only request. What I ended up with was just a big disappointment. Especially since I was severely secretly craving a BK burger. My hubby's fish burger was good according to him, since I am allergic to fish. My fries were cold but wasn't a deal breaker to me. MY BURGER ??patty was burned, there was mustard not mayo the way it usually comes. The picture shows how it came. No lettuce or tomato. I was already home and surely didn't want to have to return. I just wanted my burger. Is all.
Door locked, lobby closed but restaurant is open. Waited at drive through for 10 minutes, nobody helped me. Pulled up to drive through window and waved at employee but he just ignored me.Some guy finally came to the drive through window and told me they are closed for the day and that they have no food.Tip to business: Have the decency to put up a sign indicating you are CLOSED. Stop wasting everyone's time making us wait!!!
I went to your franchise location at 5007 NW Loop 410, San Antonio, TX 78229 on 7/19 at approximately 12:25 pm. I sat in your drive-thru line at the intercom for over 10 minutes and no one came on to take my order. I then pulled around to the window and was greeted by a male employee who asked what I had ordered. When I informed him that I had not ordered yet as no one came over the intercom to take my order. He just said oh . I asked if I could order now. He replied with wait a minute and let me see. The employee then disappeared for a few more minutes into the back of the restaurant to talk to the manager. Next thing I know the employee is back up front with the manager. The manager is on the front line actively eating a chocolate chip cookie while wearing her food serving gloves. It was at this point, that I waved at them through the window to let them know that they had now wasted approximately 20 minutes of my limited lunch hour, I still had not ordered, and would not be ordering based on the service that I had already received and the disgusting situation that I just saw from the manager. This situation needs to be addressed immediately. Please alert whomever you need to and the owner of the franchise. I have worked food service before and the Health Department would have a heyday with what I witnessed this afternoon.
