Extremely rude service in this facility. I was on the 29th with my mother through the drive, and the co-worker who took my order was out of no reason rude. they gave us attitude because my mother switched her order from one big to a small one. When we came back into the window, they gave a stance again that we changed the size? They said: “changed from a big to a small huh?” before aggressiv my moms card. they took forever to finally give us our food and didn't even give us all our things we paid for. I am very disappointed by this service because it was never so bad. at least if they had given me what I would have paid, I wouldn't be so irritated. the fact that I have filed a complaint and still have to receive a response is also irritating. in any case they do not recommend this location.

The prices are affordable for Uber drivers. The manager is excellent. However, I must say that my complaint is about the food; even Burger King serves better chicken fries than what I received here.

Last night, I placed a delivery order that totaled over $40. When the driver arrived, the restaurant was closed. Door Dash wouldn’t refund me since I paid using the BL app. Online, they appeared to be open. The food was meant for my daughter's sleepover, so thank you for ruining the night and for taking a single parent's money. I would share pictures, but they all include my order number. Please do not order online; it's a scam!

Worst Burger King I have ever been to the staff and manager are so rude and they give you these annoyed looks on their faces when you try asking them anything. They never get my order right and today was the last straw they decided to be closed and no one came on the intercom in the drive through to tell me they were closed. I wasted half my work lunch waiting because of their incompetence! The entire crew should be fired and replaced with better people. Do not go here unless you want to waste your time and patience!
