Dunkin' recently launched a new Oreo Cold Brew Blast, but after visiting several locations around the city that claimed they either didn't have it or were out of stock (which had been announced a week or two prior), I finally ended up at one store. Unfortunately, the drink I received was quite disappointing. It became apparent that the staff were not properly trained in making coffee drinks, as the beverage simply tasted like melted ice with a dash of espresso. There was no Oreo garnish or even cold foam on top, and there was absolutely no hint of Oreo flavor or syrup. I have a love-hate relationship with Dunkin' because, despite often visiting the same locations, the quality and consistency can vary widely from one visit to the next. This experience served as a reminder that Dunkin' drinks are not cheap, and they should be made with care, not just hastily poured out.

They unexpectedly closed. It was Saturday night at 6:45 PM, and the restaurant was shut. There were a few children enjoying pizza in the dining area.

I got an ice cream cone chocolate chip)….the icecream was old with an old ice cream freezer frost) taste . I threw it out.The outside seating was VERY DIRTY …. Trash on the ground and the patio area looked like it hadn’t been washed down for forever. Tables filthy dirty. Where is the manager ? Owner?Not the good ole Baskin Robbins I grew up knowing.Very disappointed!I bought a cake too. I hope IT tastes good!Kathy Martínez
