Alamo Biscuit Company Panaderia

I've been here before and had a really good time so I brought my mother in today who is visiting from out of town. Not only was the food disappointing, so was the service. Our waitress not once checked up on us after our food was received. I had to hunt down a different server to get our order right.My mom's plate was missing the bacon and she had 95% pancakes to 5% topping. I asked for eggs over easy and got scrambled. The whip topping on top of my biscuits was pea-sized and not enough to really taste.Lastly, I normally don't like to complain about servers because I know it's a difficult job. However, our server really seemed like she would rather be anywhere but here which was shown by her lack of attention to her tables. We were never offered a refill on our water and coffee but our server sure did manage to come around when it was time for the check!I wish I had the same experience I had the first time. I raved so much about this place just to be disappointed. I really hope this is a one-off experience. Not sure if I'll be back.....

Went on a busy Sunday morning but got on the waitlist before and waited for our table at the outdoor bar. Staff was extremely friendly both at the bar, and reception/waiting. Unique menu offerings but I haven't had anything I didn't enjoy yet. Barbacoa (served on the weekends) was a nice portion and not too fatty. The biscuit flights are perfect if you want to find the right gravy but to me they were all tasty.

Over the past weekend we attended a private event for SA Bills Backers Bills Mafia. The owner John was very informative about what/ where everything was in the restaurant. We had some of the best breakfast food (mind you it was 5pm since this event was private). I had the Pork Hash, my boyfriend has the French toast with biscuits. Our food was AMAZING, I can't stop thinking about the Pork Hash We can't wait to go back to try more food and enjoy the place. Thank you again John for the experience

Good service and delicious food! Getting two biscuits is a lot and definitely worth the price for me it was a lot to finish. The bar stools are a quite small so if you don’t want a tiny seat I wouldn’t sit here. But for my roomate and I who are smaller we were all good! Will definitely be coming back! ?

First time visit and I wasn't disappointed. I had shrimp and grit and the biscuit flight. Both were amazing! I enjoyed my meal and will return.
