The Grind Brew And Cafe - San Angelo

We have come to this coffee shop many times since it originally opened. We were happy to hear ownership had changed and were hoping for a better experience. I know they just reopened and while the food and coffee are great, the service is stilllacking. We placed a mobile order once we arrived, knowing we would need to wait since we waited to place it once we arrived. Inotified one of the employees that I had placed it and we would be waiting for it. I placed the order at 9:39am and didn?treceive the food until 10:11am. It was just 2 food items and 1 drink. I even had to go back up to ask for it because they set itin the fridge. They also made our coffee iced instead of hot so we had to wait another 5 minutes for them to make it. They havea sign stating that they are not a fast food restaurant and that you will wait longer which is understood but there are many sitdown restaurants that are faster than this. It seems to just be a mentality that speed is not important. I want the best forthis place and am not doing this just to complain. I hope they can use this feedback to improve because their product is great,the service just needs to match.

This place is a modern coffee shop with a good atmosphere. Seating is plentiful and the space is open and appealing. This is a great spot to sit for a quick bite or sip a coffee. The coffee and food is priced about average for the area. I got a plainlatte and bagel with cream cheese, both of which were good. I'll probably try the lox bagel they have in the future, which willbe more telling of the food quality. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. I'll definitely be back.

This place is definitely worth it! One of the best shaken espressos I've had in such a long time. And the breakfast croissant was incredible! The staff was also incredibly nice! Definitely beats out Starbucks where there seems to always be an issue. Wishit was closer to my side of town, but worth the drive!

Wish their hours were longer!!! Just had a 3 course meal at this great cafe! PB2 and açaí bowl was amazing . London fog with oat milk . Lox on everything bagel and fully loaded waffles!!!! Ahhhhhh please come check it out ????best service ever.Ellington and wonderful Katie!!!! Thank you

Great place! Friendly staff, relaxing environment but also fun! The food is delicious! We got the waffle and the Lox bagel!
