Mcdonald's - San Angelo

I visited the drive-thru for lunch, and I have to say, the experience was fantastic. The staff at the back was very courteous, and the person at the front was incredibly friendly, even encouraging me to return. It was the most welcoming feeling I’ve had at a drive-thru in quite some time. Thank you for treating your team well!

The door dash service made my experience at this restaurant quite uncomfortable. The wait for my order was excessively long, and it seemed like their main focus was on fulfilling door dash orders rather than taking care of dine-in customers. As a result, those of us who came to enjoy a meal had to wait and wait. I no longer enjoy my experience at McDonald's.

I placed a mobile order on May 4th with a total of $16.61, but when I arrived, they charged my card $31 instead. The managers on duty were unable to figure out what went wrong. I called customer service to report the issue, but I never received a response, nor was the extra charge refunded to my bank account. We used to order from McDonald's at least once a week, but after this experience, we'll never do it again.

The game landscape was the only thing that was good at this point. Inside it was really hot, service was very slow, and when I got my nuggets and pommes, they were cold and my ice cream coffee was hot. Would not recommend this particular McDonald's.
