Hooters - San Angelo

Terrible service! We waited an eternity just to get our drinks, let alone the food. The orders were incorrect, and everything arrived at least twenty-five minutes apart. We waited the longest for our children's meals, which took an additional thirty minutes. My husband requested mayo for his burger, but by the time it arrived, his burger was already cold. If this had just happened once, I wouldn't have written a review, but this is a consistent issue for us. Unfortunately, we've decided not to return.

The food was awesome. The service was really quick. It looks nice inside the paintings it's just really enjoyable

My husband and I went to Hooters for dinner and drinks tonight. We walked in at 7:30 p.m. and didn't receive any service or acknowledgment until 7:46 p.m. It was quite disappointing, especially since the restaurant wasn’t even busy—there were hardly any customers. Now we understand why! We definitely won't be returning. Instead, we drove down the road to Buffalo Wild Wings, where we were seated right away and immediately attended to! Bdubs never lets us down, and they were busy!

We arrived at around 9:50 PM on a Saturday, and I noticed there were only two waitresses on duty. It took about 5 to 10 minutes before one of them came to seat us. There were only 8 to 10 customers in the restaurant, so I'm not sure why the service was so slow. The food was good, and the service was just okay. I might give this place another chance when I’m back in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

The food took a long time to arrive, and the onion rings and curly fries were served cold and inedible. Our waitress seemed more interested in chatting with another table than attending to us. Additionally, we were only provided with a couple of sweeteners for our teas, so I had to request more. Overall, the service did not meet my expectations for my first visit. I won't be returning for a second experience like this!
