Contribuiți la feedbackMoving into the neighborhood and this Burger King looked brand new, so I thought I would give this franchise a shot. My experience was on 23. December 2022 at 4:30. The ride through had about 5 cars so easy decided to go to save gas. I was the only guest in the restaurant and the location was really clean, so was surprised and excited to give BK another try. The staff did not welcome me, and I stood and watched that they were managed by a young guy who literally took his back for the whole time I tried to order, like 8 minutes and I saw him redirecting his little crew. He repeated a chance to take my order or at least I was there, instead he was there at any time when I tried eye contact would ignore me and return him to me. I felt honest as if he didn't want me there. Well, a young man goes down with his head and I can help you that it actually hurt him to help a guest. I told him I was good and left. Considering I was the only guest in the restaurant it is incredible that no one would contact you, welcome you or even try to tell you the stop for a minute and not your order. Of course, this restaurant must close and a management team come and teach them the basics of welcoming customers, no wonder that no one is in there and I don't return until something changes.
Worst Burger King never has something food is always cold employees never want to work always have a problem, it is as if they don't want to do their job, why are they even there for them seriously need a good manager that keeps with employees every time I pass through, they always have an apology for something 11/11/2022
I ordered a boring old number one. No big deal, right? What I got was a beautiful large backyard type hamburger with 2 large slices of fresh tomatoes, salad that was still crispy and beautiful white onion that must have been of the Vidalia variety. The best hamburger I've had for a long time. (I'm not connected to this Burger King or one of his subsidiaries, and I don't know anyone who works there.
I ordered my food through the app and received an order number. When I picked them up, they had no knowledge of the order, I showed them where they were ordered and paid and was still denied my order because my bank said the transaction was pending. I agree that I was quite upset about the misunderstanding, but the manager only made the situation so much worse with her attitude and screaming. I just wanted my food.
Absolutely terrible experience. Every time coming here, my order is either incorrect, tastes off, or a combination of the two. Came up one last time to try the new sandwich, and even after clarifying multiple times to the person on the intercom my order was still wrong. Not only that, the receipt spells a completely different order than what was in the bag. To be charging 11$ for what I got should be a crime. I will never come back here.
