Recaudo - San Andrés Cholula

Eating was good, authentic, and the best part they take a lot of care on the quality of the food. all their ingredients should be from local producers, and they have a series of environmentally friendly incentives. I.E instead of a dog bag, they can. eat in a food container they encourage to bring back. the service is great, amazing parking, and I can't stress enough: eating is amazing. always returned, always order different meal times, and always blown away from taste

What a nice afternoon break, after a day in the hot sun. this place has a beautiful terrace that offers a deep shade. they also have large aguas frescas that meet the place perfectly in this heat. the food was kreatiw and varied. we...had the veggie hamburger who was excellent, and the auberginensuppe, also excellent. the lasagna was a little too sour, but otherwise was great, especially with the hababero salsa, which was provided. the service was absolutely great, even as we arrived 15 minutes before closing, and the entire kitchen staff stayed late to feed us. bravo to this place!

Recaudo is one of my favorite places in Cholula. It had a great garden/patio area which is beautiful to sit in at any time of day. They use locally sourced products and sell some of them in their little store. Th baked goods here are...delicious, especially the concha and the bread stuffed with chocolate and orange marmalade. I usually get the chilaquiles verdes here because that's always my go to, and they do it so well. Their sauce is incredible, and they also have a homemade chipotle tamarind sauce that I like to add to the top. Their beans that they serve on the side are very flavorful as well. I have also been here for lunch, and you honestly can't go wrong. Go to Recaudo!

Great juices, vegetarian fare. Very healthy. nice service in a pretty garden. The avocado mousse fro dessert is to die for as is the chocolate torte.
