The Omelette Factory - San Andreas

It was our first time and I got the French toast stuffed croissant which was incredible. Everything was super fresh and Rae was SO NICE. She drew a heart in whipped cream on my sons waffles. Fantastic place to eat and I know my money is going to a great person.

Excellent service and food. Small, not crowded, positive interaction with staff. Limited hours for breakfast and lunch. Booths have high plexiglass partitions and all surfaces very clean.

I had two morning served here while staying at the near by motel. Hash brown and omlette​, coffee.

I would argue that the customers that frequent this location are either long-time customers or those corpulent in size.
