Their fish sandwich consistently pleases the pallet .

Went here Sat 9.1.24. Been here jus months ago. Like all other restaurants they have downsided the size of their famous Fish Sandwich and increased the price. VERY DISAPPOINTING! They also used a different CRUNCHY batter which reall makes it feel like your eating jus fried batter

I’m from NYC and this is my favorite seafood spot in San Diego. Always try to come here for a fish sandwich when I visit

They had soft shell crab sandwiches! I’m from the east and figured they were frozen, and should have gone local, but it was really good. Service is quick and it’s lovely to sit outside. You can refill your drinks too. My friend wasn’t happy with her fried fish sandwich . It was on big slices of what appeared to be homemade white bread and a bit sparce on shrimp. Back to the soft shell, it was perfectly cooked and served on a big fresh roll topped with coleslaw. Usually I’m on a diet, but can tell you this was worth every calorie. Along with an Arnold Palmer, it was a perfect water-side vacation lunch. The young people at the counter and friendly and fast with their service. Parking on weekends is tight in the lot but I found street parking two blocks away.

Excellent food and OUTSTANDING customer service! A very caring gentleman took my order after a mistake was made on a order a few minutes earlier. He listened and made a suggestion on another menu item he believed would fit what I was looking for, he was right on! HE HIT IT OUT of the park AND said no charge. He apologized for the woman 's mistake that helped us earlier and with a GREAT BIG SMILE, thanked me for my business and reminded me to enjoy the long Labor Day weekend. I tried to give this gentleman a tip and he said, no thank you! and handed my cash back! [They only allow cash tips and you cannot add it to credit card payments. I left my tip on the counter display case so he finally grabbed it. This seasoned professional at Pt. Loma Seafood made a CUSTOMERS for life! Our 8 family members that joined me were elated too with the excellent customer service and happy papa bear left happy and satisfied. What may have ruined my perfect day, added the icing to make our family 's day perfect Thank you and God Bless this SAINT at Point Loma Seafood.
