Peking Garden - San Andreas

I’m just agreeing with another customer that wrote in, about checking your receipts before you pay. I looked at my bill everything was written in Chinese, so I asked the cashier to translate what each item wise.she was 17.00$ off.she had 3 items I didn’t even order.. check check check your receipt. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

Review: I recently ordered takeout from this restaurant for lunch and was impressed by the quality of the food. The BBQ Pork Fried Rice was especially delicious and I would highly recommend trying it. The service was excellent and the atmosphere of the restaurant was also top-notch. I would definitely order from here again.

Today for lunch, I decided to order take-out because it was quick and I didn't have time to cook. I placed my order online at 1 o'clock and the confirmation showed it would be ready at 1:26 PM. However, when I arrived at 1:38 PM and told them I was there to pick up my order, they seemed confused. After asking how I placed my order, I mentioned it was online. The lady then checked her tablet and realized they had missed my order. Despite being on a time crunch for my lunch break from work, I was disappointed and annoyed that my order was not ready. What was even more upsetting was the lack of apology or concern from the lady for the mistake. She simply said to give them 5 minutes. When my order was finally ready, I hoped for an acknowledgment of their error, but instead, she just said thank you. This was not the first time my order had been missed, and although I don't mind waiting, I believe they should apologize for their mistake. It seems they could benefit from customer service training, or perhaps it is not a priority for them. I will not be returning to this restaurant. Additionally, the salt and pepper pork chop I ordered became soggy by the time I got home, as they had failed to poke a hole in the lid to release steam.

I just want to say that my family likes the food here like their entrees of orange chicken, fried rice, and the broccoli beef. But this time around my family had a bad experience with expired sauces odd smell) and unfriendly tip needed to pay that was excessive charges. Upset tummy’s from all that:
