Contribuiți la feedbackWent to the bar for a drink. $21 for an overpoured Gin Tonic. Outrageous....The non welcoming bartender must be confused...ratio is 1:3 not 3:1The bar settings seating is ok... not great. Plenty of better options around.
Phil was great!!! Came across this place on a Friday afternoon, sat right at the bar. The drinks were well made and the appetizers were delicious. Phil was very attentive the whole time, made sure we had enough water and made sure our drinks didn't go empty too long! Will definitely be back love the atmosphere and ambiance.
Inside the Grand Hyatt Hotel on the 2nd floor. You could directly walk to the area as the stairs are next to the entrance or you can take the elevator there as well. As you enter you are welcome to an array of vintage wine where you can see the lounge to the right or the restaurant to the left if you're going to through the elevator side. As for the restaurant, it has amazing natural light since the windows panes are so big and huge! It opens to the outside patio and in view, but no blinding light that you'll need sunglasses to wear as you eat. Definitely great for some amazing food photos! The restaurant itself was an American style all you can eat buffet utilizing fresh ingredients, even there scrambled eggs were made with whole eggs when I asked, now that's dedication! Freshly made waffles, eggs benedict, and the bacon was super crispy, the list goes on and on.The service was decent, but not attentive. It is self seating as you enter and they may not recognize when you arrive so it can slow down the service a bit. There was only 2 waiters for the whole 12+ tables that I had seen. Which is okay given that its a buffet style brunch. Once we received our drinks, they only checked once more before giving our check. Seemed a bit rushed, but we still took our time finishing our meals.
The food was average. The service was average too. Sadly, he waitress was never there. We were the only people there on a Thursday night. The most unbelievable of the experience was that in a 5 Star Hotel they did not accept apple pay.
The food is pretty good. Courteous staff. Would have been a solid 4 , if not for their shadey upcharge attempts. If you stay at the Hyatt, they are supposed to give you a 25% discount. They just need to know you are staying there. 3 meals. Evertime I said i was a guest, gave my name, room showed my room key. Every time they acknowledged that. Everytime i got my bill the discount was missing and I had to point it out. Everytime they acted as though they got caught . Same with my Sister in Laws meals. There is an obvious culture of lets see if we can get away with not giving the discount. Probably a management directive as this was with different staff members on different days. So....good food, but check your ticket. For the management that will undoubtedly read this bad review stop being shadey. You dont want to give a discount? Stop offering it.
