Octavia - San Andreas

A great overall dining experience at Octavia. We shared everything. Highlights were the steak

The best dinner out I’ve had in years. Every component of the meal was wonderful, every bite was complex and utterly delicious. I could not recommend Octavia more highly. I felt so happy in the setting and appreciated the wait staff who moved with great efficiency but also took time to share advice, knowledge and good humor.

Unfortunately, the Octavia glory days are no longer. Service was excellent. The pasta course was by far the best of all. It is good, just not spectacular as it once was.

Wonderful farm to table restaurant. The tortellini was maybe the best I have ever had. Plates are small but extremely flavorful. Dessert ! So definitely try out a few things!

The food is amazing. We ate here 8 years ago during a visit to San Francisco and wanted to go back. The place was a bit loud for conversation (had forgotten about that) and while service was friendly they did miss a few things.
