Miguel's Cocina Old Town - San Andreas

Husband and I just celebrated our 28th Wedding anniversary, we wanted to go to a Mexican restaurant that we didn't try, so we came to Miguel's in the old town and it was a great place to eat. Man Oh man I ordered the La Combinacion Del Jefe, the meat was melt in your mouth perfectly cooked delicacies. I loved everything on the plate. My husband ordered the Fajitas Supremo, which was also delicious and perfectly cooked. We also had to have dessert so that we had to taste the fried ice and the mud cake. I love fried ice cream, so that this is not disappointed, but I must say that the slurry cake from this world was delicious. The staff was very friendly and we had a great time.

The tacos are really good and they have many toppings on it, and I couldn't really close the taco. I personally don't like this kind of rice in Mexican dishes. One thing to complain is the very long waiting time for the court to serve me. I waited almost half an hour or more until they served me my dish.

First taco experience in San Diego and it was delicious! Great restaurant with beautiful terrace. Our server was friendly and professional, offered to refill our chips and Queso? the by the way her queso is addicted. I ordered the adobada tacos (Pork and pineapple) and they were great. Location is in the heart of the old town. You have a parking lot.

This is one of the best places to get Mexican Food in Old Town SD. The terrace is really nice and both well heated and has a good shade. They're taking Queso-Dip out with the salsa. The chicken Burrito in the picture was brilliant and came with delicious cheese sauce. I do not recommend their red sauce, but in comparison.

Have visited this location quiet a few times and really enjoy it. The food is great and the chips, salsa and queso are delicious! We usually get pretty good service for the most part. We look forward to coming back next time we are in Old Town and highly recommend it to anyone visiting. I suggest planning on having there be some sort of wait time because it?s usually busy. A little insider secret is there is parking in the back for customers only. Such a win!
