Contribuiți la feedbackNice cozy atmosphere, well Persian decorated restaurant. Foods was great, well marinated. I had the lamb chop and I was really happy with it. Noodles and Salads were great too. My friends ordered for me. Some of the dishes I do not know. You can see the pix I posted here. They have beers too. Group meals should be great. Large parking in the back. Quick and attentive servers. Prices was good. I will definitely come back at no time.
First type having Uyghur food and I enjoyed it a lot. The meat was so tender and flavorful. Everything was cooked well.
I love tasting new restaurants that offer authentic ethnic dishes. Kusan is nothing beautiful and had a homely, comfortable feeling. The food was fresh and ingenious. I had the gluten-free plate and my friend the vegetarian. Both were delicious and very valuable for the price. My only negative feedback is the chicken in my plate was on the bone that had been cut, leaving a ton of bone bands in the chicken makes it practically impossible to eat. This is a shame b/c the dish was tasteful and delicious.
I was curious about Uyghur cuisine and was pleasantly surprised how delicious the food was.
Nice lil restaurant near San Jose airport Has a hole-in-the-wall kind of feeling since it's just randomly in the middle of the road next to 101, but a great choice for lunch after picking someone up from the airport Would recommend the polo for summer as it comes with yogurt and it's a good contrast of cooling yogurt and warm seasoned lamb and beef. The lamb kebabs were also grilled excellently. No gamey-ness, seasoned well, and nice big juicy chunks. One small want would be coat it in fennel seeds, though that may be more of a Chinese preference.
