Kabuto Sushi - San Andreas

This might be my favorite spot for sushi. The service is outstanding and the quality of sushi is supreme

Absolutely delicious. We ordered so many different things but everything was insanely delicious. The sushi was some of the best I’ve ever had and a happy surprise was the udon. Everything was a hit

A good sushi place with a rotating seasonal selection of uncommon fish. The fish is fresh, the price reasonable and the sake selection is good. Service is a bit slow though when we were there. It took about an hour for 7 types of nigiri to be served. Seems like the chefs were overwhelmed with orders even when the restaurant is just full, not packed.

Kabuto is our favorite Japanese restaurant in SF: the food (especially the fish! is very high quality, the staff are friendly and accommodating, and the atmosphere vibe is cozy and welcoming overall, a very friendly neighborhood hangout kind of spot. Their omakase is also the best omakase deal in the city great value for a very reasonable price.
