Hedley Club - San Andreas

Hedley club lounge is one of my favorite places so I planned a friend's birthday outing here. It was a terrible experience and we left after one drink. The waiter was clueless, service was awful it took 45 minutes for my drink to arrive. They were all out of flatbread. Whatever food we ordered tasted not fresh. After 1.5 hrs of terrible service, we decided to go elsewhere to dinner. A shame because none of my friends plan to ever go back there.

The service was as bad as I ever had. It was slow and very confused. I had to exam several different bills until I found one similar to what was ordered. And even that was incorrect. Too bad, this is a nice room but very bad service.

Made a reservation for Tuesday night at 5:30 via open table. However, when I arrived, we were told the restaurant was closed. it never mentioned this on open table nor on the web site. Anyway at in the bar. It was no busy but the service was not that good. It took quite a while for someone to wait on us. The server was young but cordial. He did not take all order correctly. We asked for a new drink (it was not made correctly) for one of my colleagues and it took a while for the order to be corrected. The bar tender was bust talking rather than filling customer drinks. When our dinner came, there was no silverware. It took a while to get. The meal was good.

We loved the band, the seating, the interior design, etc. Our problem was with the service. Once seated, we had to ask for menus. We asked for water. It never came. My wife had to go into the kitchen and ask for a glass for my beer. I had to get out of my seat twice to get the check and pay for the bill. It took a long time for our meals to arrive. We ordered steaks with our meals and it took a long time for the waiter to come back and tell us the kitchen ran out of steak. My wife ordered a salad but then the brought her a pizza bread. Thankfully, the waiter only charged us for one meal because they brought my wife the wrong order.

Service was extremely slow. Took forever to get an order in for drinks. Food was bland. Had to get servers attention to get anything. They never came by to check if you needed anything. Had not had this type of experience before there and don’t think we will return.
