I will never return. The staff were extremely rude, and there were no knives or forks provided. There were also no napkins or finger wipes available. It felt as though they did not care about their customers, expecting us to eat a roast with our hands. It was absolutely disgraceful.

They typically provide hot, fresh food, quick and efficient service, and a friendly staff who are always happy to help.

I was disappointed when they ran out of crispy skin chicken and asked me to wait for 10 minutes. I felt bad for the girl at the window. This is my second time waiting, and the last time was over three weeks ago. It shouldn't be this difficult. I don't think I'll be coming back for a third visit.

They watched the dame that handed money with gloves, then prepare and pack them food without changing gloves or washing their hands. always only especiful in these times. when she asked, she lied and said she had changed her gloves, but she didn't see them.
