Tika Frutika - Samara

I sampled a few smoothies, including one with protein. They were all fresh, beautifully presented, and tasty. The location is lively, surrounded by other restaurants, making it enjoyable to pair a smoothie with a meal from another vendor. The common dining area allows you to relax and soak in the atmosphere.

We sampled two smoothie bowls, passion and monkey, and both were delicious and refreshing. The staff at this place is very friendly and the overall experience was great. I even went back to try more smoothies and smoothie bowls.

The smoothie bowl "Spirit" and fresh orange-carrot juice were delicious at this restaurant. We also enjoyed the healthy vegan oat-banana pancake. The owner, Jessica, was very kind and friendly, and she prepared our breakfast with love. It was a shame that we were only able to enjoy it on our last day in Samara. Thank you, Jessica.
