It was good, today it's very bad. Dirty and incomplete cutlery. They take a long time, and they serve reluctantly. The food is served incomplete and lukewarm. I had to see how a family of 6 left because they were not cared for. What a bad vibe. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I give this branch one star only because I can't rate them with fewer stars. Terrible and slow service, I've been waiting for half an hour for my order to be taken and the last time I came it was the same. We ordered some dishes and they told us they didn't have them, we ended up ordering our 3rd option. It seems like they want you to get bored and leave the place, they make the air conditioning super hot to make it even more unpleasant and when they finally took my order it seemed like I was asking the waiters for a favor. I don't recommend the place!! All the diners were suspending orders because they were tired of waiting. It is better to visit Chilis de Huipulco, the place is nicer and has better customer service.
