The neighbors next to your business have lived here for more than 36 years and we never had problems, until approximately 9 months ago. We have tried to tell them how unbearable in terms of noise and health it is to have their chicken coops, their roosters, their chickens, the lack of pruning of their trees next to us, and they have ignored us. We will act legally, publicly and through the media. Their commercial business does not affect us, we are seriously affected by their chicken coops, their poultry and the lack of pruning of their trees. We live in a residential area. It is no place for roosters, chickens, or turkeys. And icing on the cake, they leave their trash on the street!

Place among a lot of greenery, with delicious coffee and delicious sweet bread to accompany it. I think they are undergoing renovations so their breakfast menu is somewhat limited, but that doesn't mean it stops being delicious. The salsa macha to accompany food is delicious and the service is very warm. Very highly recommended.
