La Providencia - SALUDA

My wife and I stopped while on our way to the beach because of the attractive storefront. Food was absolutely stunning, with the best tacos I've had outside of Mexico. The tortillas are obviously handmade by a master, and the difference is immeasurable. The decor is awesome as well. The address is different than it says on Yelp.

Quite possibly one the best, most authentic Mexican food restaurants in the area. Fresh homemade chips and salsa with every meal. The al pastor Gorditas were amazing. The beans and rice were really good too.

Authentic! It is a small place and a crowd of us showed up, two with food allergies. They were very accommodating even going to the local grocery store to get certain ingredients. Their food was good and generously portioned. Their cash register is modern accepting Apple Pay and Samsung Pay.

Best authentic food in SC!Friendly staff and very clean...just happened to be in Saluda and stoped in for lunch and boy what a surprise! I will definitely make the drive back from Columbia and bring the entire family!
