I have been several times with my family to this place. It is informal, rustic and you can only pay cash. The service is good enough and they only work with Pepsi products as refreshment. If you are not too delicate ask for the Barbacoa...tacos in flour tortilla, they are the best in town. I also like the “cheek” taco with cheese and corn tortilla… excellent with some good salsas based on tomatoes. These flavors make the people of Saltillo proud since it is one of their favorite place to eat this type of meals… and remember that the locals know their own food better than anyone! Be aware that weekends in the morning the place will be full since the meal is a traditional to be eaten for a fat Sunday or after a big hangover since the Barbacoa is a slow cook cow head with the right species that make it amazing.

The watresses did not care what I said They were talking each other and not listening while I was ordering When I finished ordering, one of them called the other waitress and left her to me. I had to order again. Tortillas tasted like sand....I will never come back again

I've been visiting this restaurant with my family for years and never had a bad experience. Cachete and Barbacoa tacos are pretty likely the best in town and take the affordability of the Tacos I always recommend visiting this place for people...Saltillo. Great for pickup!
