Tea - Salt Lake City

Ordered a drink hot, came out cold, and was asked to pay for a hot drink. Always ask for a receipt here. There seems to be a trend.

Tea bar is so genuine and awesome! The owner works so hard for her little shop. She’s also so sweet and knows all her customers by name! When I met her, she gave me a large boba instead of a small. The atmosphere of Tea Bar is very welcoming with a great community and inviting employees. Kristi is wonderful! She really loves her job! ️ Finally, the food is good. The avocado/mango smoothie is life changing delicious! After I tried it once, I had to order it 3 or 4 more times within the week! … – show

Got my order wrong and ask me to leave when I ask if you can fix the order.

All I have to stay is garbage service, customer is always right yet they state they have some sort of policy they have to follow and it’s ridiculous. Lost a loyal customer!

The worst customer service ever! We asked for cream cheese wontons and instead was given pork wontons. When told the manager they said we had to repay for the order. You definitely lost a customer and more than 10 of our friends families. Unprofessional!!!
