Sweet Rolled Tacos - Salt Lake City

Honestly, the actual quality of the ice cream and shell/cone weren't anything special, but the experience and environment were loads of fun! Watching them mix and roll the ice cream was fascinating. That said, I'm probably never going to pay $9 for another one--not worth that much moolah.

Super busy spot with all the ice cream deliciousness you could want. There is a hectic vibe but it seems to be organized which is impressive as it seems most working there are super young. Kudos to the workers for making it happen. I definitely recommend at least once.

Two people working and no one acknowledged any customers. People were walking in and standing there waiting to be served and walking out after waiting over 5 minutes for anyone to even take their orders…. It’s a cute place, and the ice cream was good, but customer service makes or breaks a place and honestly this is probably the main reason these hipster places don’t stay open long. They close as fast as they opened sometimes and it’s not the food it’s the tudes or lack of any interests from the employees… everyone is so “full of anxiety” it’s depressing to get ice cream now because the employee is so scared to talk to you! How pathetic!

A very unique and niche type of dessert. I got the coconut delight and the ice cream was covered in delicious whipped cream, chocolate syrup, and more. They let you pick the color of taco shell you want; however, they only had three colors left when we arrived early afternoon: pink, purple, and a red/blue mix.$9 a waffle taco felt a little pricey, but it’s different from a typical ice cream parlor in that they roll up the ice cream after you order and you can watch them make it. Great dessert and worth visiting.

Delicious but the cheesecake doesn’t taste like cheesecake. Also pretty pricey for ice cream but it is cute
