Squatters Pub Brewery Slc Airport

Squatters was a nice place to grab a drink and chill while waiting to depart. The calamari, fish n chips, and jambalaya were all good. Fair variety of beers. I would stop by again next time I'm in SLC. Thanks for the hospitality Squatters.Food: 4/5

Salt Lake City is a great airport for connecting. It's neatly laid out and it's easy to navigate. What it's not great for is long layovers. There aren't any comfortable seats in the terminal and there sure aren't any spots where you can sit with a laptop. So with a long layover that became an extra hour longer (thanks, late incoming plane! , I made the best possible choice and spent two hours at Squatters Pub with pickle fries and a beer.The staff suggested I sit anywhere, so I took a clean four top that had a power outlet. They then cleaned off a two top and moved me to that. With a power outlet at the table, I was good.A tall beer and a bowl of hot pickle chips with a tangy dipping sauce, I was good for two hours. I'd have gotten something more substantial the burgers looked good but I was getting a meal from Delta on SLC CLT.Other than the table two step, it was a good stop. I wish SLC had better seating but this will have to do in the meanwhile and I does mean I now have my only Utah review of 2022.[Review 18991 overall 62 in Utah 2515 of 2022.

Convenient location if your flying out of A terminal. Great drink selection. I had the cheese curds and a pepperoni pizza. Pizza was just ok..more like a pitta bread crust with sauce and cheese on top. Cheese curds we’re on point. Pretty sure the sauce with the cheese curds is the same as pizza. The flavor is good.

It's an amazing bar. If you need a place to unwind before your flight. This place is it. Great service. Great food. Delicious drinks. Never thought we could get Yellow Tofu Curry that is tasty at the airport. We so needed this place after having a stressful layover from DC.Food: 5/5

The only downside was the spicy crispy chicken sandwich; I really wish they hadn't just drenched it in hot sauce, especially since it was extremely spicy. I think it would have been better as a regular crispy chicken sandwich, or perhaps we should have just ordered the wings. Nonetheless, I definitely plan to return!
