Pier 49 Pizza - Salt Lake City

I work near Pier 49 Pizza, and everyone at my office loves getting pizza from there for lunch. The staff is incredibly friendly and charming, and their pizza is simply delicious—definitely the best around!

This small pizza restaurant has a lovely appearance from the outside, featuring a classic faux-brick interior that adds a certain charm. However, the first thing you notice is a sign promising a great pizza or they’ll do their best to make it right—this isn’t the most reassuring introduction. Unfortunately, we waited nearly 30 minutes for a standard-sized pizza that lacked flavor. It was so greasy that it left a puddle on the plate, and we also discovered a hair in our food. I can’t say I would return here.

I really like this pizza, but I'm surprised she doesn't always work. the price is fair, the restaurant is clean I?d done or executed, how delivery does not work here. I don't know if I love the Scrabble tournaments they host. they can't buy enough to occupy the room.

I'm sensitive to gluten, but don't have a problem with sourdough. super excited to see sourdough pizza! and it tasted amazing! new favorite pizzeria place, just wish it a closer to ogden

I stopped by for lunch and had the pleasure of chatting with the owner. He's a really nice guy who genuinely cares about customer service. The sourdough crust was excellent, with a great chew and a slight crunch. I also appreciated that we could order a large pizza and create four completely different flavor profiles. While the sauce and overall construction weren't the best, this place is definitely worth a visit. I'm sure you'll find yourself coming back for the reasons mentioned above.
