Domino's Pizza - Salt Lake City

I took advantage of a Half-Off coupon and got a great pizza at a great price! I followed it from the prep to the delivery, all without leaving my hospital bed. They even use real-time map tracking so I got to watch the driver's progress all the way.

Ordered ahead for pickup. Got the notification the order was ready and showed up 5 minutes AFTER that and they weren't done. They forgot half the order so they had to make it then and I waited for it to cook. The point of ordering ahead is not to wait.Just a little disappointed with the service. The manager seemed more interested in telling stories to coworkers than working on orders.

If I could post a picture you would see why I gave it a 1. Paid for extra cheese there was barely cheese on it much less extra. When I got in my car I saw them pointing at me. So I took the pizza back in and they didn’t care. What has happened to customer service. The guy that answered the phone was very polite.

Ordered a pizza, the food was cold and missing sauce. They did not send a receipt. I was on hold for nearly 30 minutes, upon finally reaching someone I was told they could not email me or send me a receipt. I asked to speak to the manager and the girl got arrogant and condescending saying he wasn’t available. I told her to have him call me she said he would when he could but probably wouldn’t be for a few days. Will never order from them again and will be bringing this up to their higher management.

Awesome deals and ordered online and my Pizza was made fast and efficient. Hot crispy and fresh. Friendly customer service and took care of me. Thanks again.
